Model Rail Books are normally available to speak to by telephone between the hours of 9:00 AM and 14:30 PM (UK Time) Monday to Friday although this cannot be guaranteed. Outside these hours if the phone is answered ask for Model Rail Books and if we are unavailable please leave a message and we will get back to you. There is a message answering service if the telephone is unanswered.
You can always send an email if you have any questions however please do not place orders by email.
When using the shopping basket and checking out your order appears on our desk as soon as you place it and you will receive an order confirmation email. When goods are shipped you will receive an email to notify you of this.
